CR planning post

As this is an AU of sorts, it wouldn't hurt to have a little planning and coordination. See if some characters don't start off knowing each other or anything like that. AU your dudes as much or as little as possible; this is the place to do it! Build your social links, be part of the world.
And never forget to bring SP recovering items. You're fucked if your SP hits 0.

Captain Celestia
About them: The classiest and nicest criminal baroness you'll ever meet. Sure, she'll loot and pillage a cargo ship in international waters without missing a beat, but she'll also take her crew out drinking with the spoils, and donate large sums of cash to charities. Like Robin Hood, only a pirate. And inexplicably an alicorn. She may have been human at some point, but no one's ever worked up the courage to question her about it.
AU info: Before her life of crime, Celestia was the CEO of a large corporate conglomeration. However, it was perhaps not as powerful as a group that size should be, as her budgeting put most of the group's profits back into the hands of its employees, which was good for everyone working for her, but bad for shareholders. Despite her best efforts in keeping people happy and being unwilling to get into the seedier side of corporate business, she was left open to a rather hostile takeover by another group, more or less driving her out of the corporate game entirely. The event left her rather disillusioned with the whole system, so rather than try and climb that ladder again, she decided it would be a better idea to dismantle it. Not by playing the corporate game, of course, but by a much, much simpler method: taking their stuff. And so, with the dividends paid to her from selling her conglomerate, she founded Solaris, a group dedicated to undermining the rich and redistributing to those who could better make use of that money.
For years, this group was rather successful. Billions of dollars worth of damage to various industries, and a large string of mysterious gifts to those in need; debts mysteriously vanishing, medical procedures suddenly paid for, college textbooks showing up out of nowhere... A lot of illegitimate good was done. Unfortunately, it didn't last. Celestia was eventually caught, offering herself up in order to let her underlings off the hook. She would have been bound for a life in prison, had the Kirijo group not stepped in with an offer: Work for them in dealing with these things called Shadows, and the convictions may be dropped. While working for a group like Korijo wasn't the most favorable of options, it was better than behind bars, and so she was dispatched to Tokyo to use her connections to investigate the strange goings on.
Persona and arcana: GrĂ¡inne Mhaol, Sun Arcana. A formidable pirate queen in Irish folklore, known for her efficient and practical leadership style, terrorizing the coasts of Ireland. Celestia summons by firing her custom pistol into the air through a card. The bullets are known to come down dramatically later in the battle.
Superhero theme: The pirate theme is pretty much mandatory at this point.
CR goals: Everyone needs a friend or mentor that's into crime, and she needs people to teach life lessons to with her vast experience that should totally be followed because who doesn't want to be a pirate
Other Info We Should Know: Damn right I'm bringing ponies into Persona and there's nothing you can do to stop me.
