Meet, greet and eat

(To be perfectly honest, Cornelius didn't expect to find other persona users outside of himself and Guzma. The head of the Skull gang was a stroke of luck, but to have found so many others who can tap into that power and help fight off the shadows...it's a welcome relief.

Not to mention the large, large expansion to Cornelius' circle of friends.

So what's a rich kid to do when he's happy to have an extended circle like this? Throw down. A bunch of money to get everyone nice and fed for a day. He arranged for a catered picnic and invited his fellow persona-users and any friends they wanted to bring along. There's a bit of something for everyone, so pizzas, sandwiches, whatever, really. It's a large, open space, too, of anyone's in the mood for playing around. Just like the food, there's plenty of options there.

Cornelius would be lying if he said he wasn't thrilled to have so many people to hang out with. He just hopes they'll have fun while they're here.)

Why not? I mean, they all look really good! I don't think I can have them all, but I think they're at least worth trying.

I'm sure they are. I actually really love pastries, but I'm just not sure if my dad would be happy if I had any.

[Right, the whole model thing. She frowns a bit, but then looks around. There wasn't any of his usual entourage with him... an idea pops into her head, and a smile creeps up onto her face.]

Plus, I lived in a bakery for most of my life, so if you need someone to point out the more fat-heavy pastries I can help with that!

[Eagerly following her, there were a lot of sweets to go through. Some, he had only seen in anime, but others, much more familiar to home. No guarantee on quality though compared to home, but nothing could be done about that.]

[They sit down, plate between them as they each pick at the desserts. Marinette's got a small cake in her hand decorated to look like a little bunny.]

These are so cute..! My maman would let me decorate the cakes sometimes, but I've never done something like this before.

Maybe I will! I'm sure they'd sell. But I think my Papa would find them too cute to eat.

[She giggles, snapping a photo of the cake with her phone. Gonna make a collection of cute desserts, yes indeed.]

[Brb she's off to go get a knife to slice into this poor dessert. She'll make it quick and painless.]

[Poor dessert. Soon enough Marinette returns with a plastic knife, and lets out a sigh.]

[She gives a nod, and then.... cuts into the cakes, one at a time. It has been done]

[The horror! Adrien pretends to fall from his chair.] What's the emergency number for this cruel cutlery??

[Marinette lets out a snort of laughter, shaking her head.]

It was for its own good!

[And now the task is done. She hands Adrien a piece.]
