A familiar canine howl fills the air and catches Kanji's attention, the anti-shadow robot encountering a group of similar looking blobby messes that tried to grab and claw at his armor. Koh and his persona, Hachiko, both team up against the shadow and down it in their combined efforts. Even with those strange energy discs of his at the ready, he's found a group of shadows waiting to take him down and could use all the help he could get.

Not expecting any, he simply continues the battle, deciding it's best to face them now before they find someone else to hurt. At least the wolf is built to handle these creatures.
